I am very pleased with your writing in this class. I read your blog posts and your comments and it's very impressive. I am noticing the hardwork being done in this class and I just wanted to let you guys know I am very proud.
This week assignment includes free hand writing. I want you to be honest about the course and the instruction so far. I would like to know your likes and dislikes of the class so far and what improvements or changes that can be made. I look forward to reading your comments by October 24, 2013 by midnight. Blog #7 will continue next week on the US Constitution.
My likes about the class is how my teacher Ms. Ladd teaches, even though I was wrong at one point with her, I still admires the way she teaches. Ms. Ladd is honest and upfront when it comes to explaining our history points in class. Because of this, I realized how many things I never knew about history from a different perspective. I love how organized the class is, and how Ms. Ladd does everything in a timely fashion. my teacher has very unique teaching skills that I believe every teacher should have. My dislikes...honestly I don't have any at this point because there's nothing to dislike. Everything in my course is done to perfection at this point and I am proud to say that I am happy to be a part of Ms. Ladds pre-ap history course.

My experience is Mrs. Ladd AP U.S. history class has been very easy. I feel that Mrs. Ladd is a great teacher and teaches to my understanding. She gives us great notes and helps us pass a lot of our test. I really don’t have any problems in her class. I feel that everything that she is doing is right. I feel we should have more teachers just like her.

DeleteMy experience so far in Mrs. Ladd class has been awesome.Her way of teaching is different but in a good way. She makes the lesson very understandable and clear. I don't have any dislikes about the class thust far. I just hope it continues to smooth sail like it has been. The class is on a steady pace. She doesn't rush the information on us she tries to explain it in many perspectives. Improvements to the class would be nice but not to much. I also like that she uses the blog as a way to let us.educate. each other. The blog let's us express our opinion about a course and that's something I am very new to and hope its not the last of the blog. I doubted the class but I am truly. Glad I stayed in here.
ReplyDeleteThis class is an entertaining but also learning experience. I can actually say I learn new things about history every class period. Your ways of teaching really has my attention. My opinion is that you shouldn't change a thing. Everything so far is great as they are. My knowledge since I've entered this course has gotten very strong. You teach for us to understand easily and that's what I like about you.

History to me is fun and boring. Your teaching skills are amazing, and you go into enormous detail better for us to understand. At first I thought AP-US history was hard, but having you as my teacher and everything you teach you break it down into a clear statement and you use real world examples to compare, whatever you teaching. The things I like about your class are the blogs and the DBQ’s. You don’t rush with your lesson and if you do you give us the information and you count on us for independent studies. Dislike none-I like the way you teach and I hope you continue to teach the way you do. There are no improvements and changes.
PLEASE STAY AT THE SCHOOL AND TEACH US DON’T LET NO IGNORANT STUDENT MAKE YOU LEAVE.

DeleteMy experience with Mrs. Ladd has been amazing so far. She is one of the best teachers I had. Mrs. Ladd is honest and very upfront about a lot of things. The way she teaches and explains the subject thoroughly to our knowledge helps us better understand what are we supposed to be learning. I love that she takes her job seriously and actually cares about her students education. Her enthusiasm is what makes the class fun and encourages everybody to speak out more on important issues. Right now, I have no dislikes. The only thing I would probably love for us to do more in this class is maybe engage in activities like group projects for participation credit or going on historical field trips to places like the Civil Rights Museum.

I hope you feel better because I know a lot of students have been giving you a hard time lately but I hope you know that there are students genuinely care about you and love you including me so you have students who you can talk to,Just please do not let one bad situation turn you into someone you are not and kill your vibe. Most of all don't take it out on the students who have been there for you and always worked hard in your class. I noticed that you are starting to really become more blunt and call people out like but there is a time and a place. So things are just better left unsaid because people do have feelings. Long story short,dont dwell on it just pray for thins to get better and let God handle the rest.
DeleteI like Mrs. Ladd class. I enjoy the way she relay the information to us. I was actually asked to be moved to Ms. Hollamon but I happily declined. I believe Mrs. Ladd is really preparing me for college level work. I really don't have any dislikes about this class. I am determined to get my grade up starting by making these blogs punctually. I thank Ms. Ladd for the knowledge she is instilling in me to better myself.
